Another accident has occurred on Eloy Alfaro Avenue, also resulting in a temporary road closure.

Drivers are seeking alternate routes, but those also have a high volume of vehicles.

As of 9:05 am, there is a significant traffic load on avenues such as 10 de Agosto, 6 de Diciembre, Amazonas, De los Shyris, De los Granados, Río Coca, among others.
